All You Need is Chocolate at the Del City Library Chocolate Fest

Back in the 1960s teens thought that all you need is love.  Today’s kids know better.

All you really need is chocolate.  Valentines?  Shmalentines!  Teen chocoholics are invited to the Del City Library’s “Love Sucks!” Chocolate Fest on Friday, Feb 12, from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

“Join us,” said librarian Lindsay Egle, “for a free program full of chocolate eating, activities and fun.  You can even design your own banana split, but what I’m looking forward to most is the Oreo stacking contest.  If your stack crumbles, I just might help you eat it.”

The Del City Library is located at 4509 S.E. 15th.  For more information or to register, call 672-1377.  For information about any Metropolitan Library System program, visit the library website, www.metrolibrary.org.
